Abstract Art Using Our Geoboard

Today I brought out our Giant Geoboard
for something a bit different from our colored rubber band geometric shapes.

I gave L
-lots of different kinds of ribbon
-mini clothespins
-hollow noodles
-torn pieces of paper
-fuzzy craft sticks
-colored rubber bands

creating his own abstract work of art!

it seemed his favorite thing to do was thread the ribbon and fuzzy sticks through the holes

He's been adding to it here and there throughout the day, so I think we'll keep it up for a bit.

I love it when there's more than one way to creatively use something...and there usually is!!
