A Belated Birthday Dedication to Little Son

Little Son turned 3 on July 10th and I posted about his Messy Art Birthday Party, but I also wanted to do a single post dedicated to his 2nd-3rd year and how much he's grown up.
He really is an incredible little boy!

Last year his 2nd birthday theme was a Pancake Birthday Party (his favorite food at that time).
This picture was taken the month before he turned 2 while he was Fly Swatter Painting.

I can't resist posting a few of my favorite baby pictures of him

And here are my favorite pictures of him in his 2nd year.

Summer
soon after turning 2

First time catching crawdads

Fall
He's wearing the apple print shirt I just made him.
Look at that sweet face! He still had a bit of "babyness" to him

Halloween
Homemade costume put together in 15 minutes!  He was a  road!
He loved it because there were cars glued all over the front of him!

Winter
First day with NEW GLASSES

First BIG snow and snow angel

Came into the living room to find that he had "gotten ready" all by himself to go sledding.

Spring

First honeysuckle

Can't forget the daisy nipples haha!

And finally...this summer

Sometimes I just dont know how we got from
HERE

To
HERE

But it has been the best 3 years of my LIFE!

  3. Oh, that is so amazing! Aren't children wondrous? Bettina turned 2 yesterday. (http://ourjubilantnest.blogspot.com/2011/07/bettina-is-two.html) I am still in shock.
